As the world continues to change, the Church must change with it. While some things remain constant—our faith in God, for example—others must adapt to meet the needs of a new generation. The Church has always been at the forefront of social change, and today is no different. The Planting Community Church is committed to being a force for good in our community, and we are passionate about making a difference. As we look to the future, we want to be even more considerate and mindful of the needs of those with disabilities. That’s why we have embarked on a Capital Campaign goal of $100,000. The money raised will make our space abilities ready, eco-friendly, and generationally impactful. We are confident that by working together, we can achieve this goal and make our church an even more welcoming place for everyone.
We invite you to join us on this journey as we work together to continue making a difference in the world.

Accessible Water-Stations and overall cleanliness
As a welcoming community, we strive to eliminate all visible or invisible barriers that limit individuals’ full participation.
A space that says, “I belong here”, means the door and hallways are wide enough for our mobility aids.
The lift installation will mean access for those who stay at home isolated because of stairs. This applies to any age group with mobility needs temporarily or long-term. We are responsible for our and each other’s safety. Let’s GO do this!
A safe place to prepare and serve food is a must, and though our food prep falls into the exempt category we still desire to make our kitchen a safe place for everyone.
The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act now mandates universal washrooms by 2025. We are ready to act now and to comply. We need to see that everyone will feel included with the renewal of our washrooms.
